Patent Drafting and Application Services

We help with prototyping, testing, drafting and filing Patents to the United States Patent office.

If you have an idea worth patenting, we can help with prototyping, testing, drafting and filing your patent to United States Patent or other international patent offices.

Benefits of U.S. Patent:

  1. The number of patents helps in raising the rank of universities globally. A good way to measure the impact of university’s work is through the number of patents that are registered with national and international patent offices.
  2. US patent provides the inventor with an additional year to experiment, perfect an invention, find financial backers, determine sales potential, find interested parties for licensing, etc.
  3. U.S. patent gives the inventor the right to stop others from copying, manufacturing, selling or importing your invention without your permission.
  4. The inventor gets protection for a pre-determined period, allowing you to keep competitors at bay.
  5. The inventor can use his/her invention to startup a business.
  6. The inventor can license his/her U.S. patent for others to use it or can sell it. This can provide an important source of revenue for your business. Indeed, some businesses exist solely to collect the royalties from a patent they have licensed - perhaps in combination with a registered design and trademark.
  7. Sometimes a good provisional patent can be sold if the concept is proven, this way the investor can avoid paying a lot of money to issue a utility patent.
  8. U.S. patent covers many countries which are part of the Paris Convention Treaty. Further, there are countries such as Taiwan, which are not part of the Paris Convention Treaty but do also recognize the U.S. patent. Therefore, having a U.S. Patent proof that you are reserving the rights of an idea for a given starting date. You get protection for a pre-determined period, allowing you to keep competitors at bay.
  9. The inventor can register his/her idea as a U.S. Patent that is already patented in another country.
  10. The inventor can publish his/her U.S. Patent as a manuscript in any journal.

The one who files first will have the right to the grant of a patent for an invention. Be first to file!
